Mocs prepare for 20 conference games
Chattanooga will begin its league schedule against Mercer at McKenzie Arena on December 19. Tennessee Tech’s arrival expands the SoCon slate to 20 games, Chattanooga’s longest conference schedule since 2008-09.
Samford visits for the SoCon opener
Chattanooga opens conference play at home against Samford on December 29. The Mocs face 16 league games as Tennessee Tech joins the conference, with the schedule moving to a Tuesday and Saturday rhythm.
Florida highlights the home schedule
Chattanooga’s nonconference calendar includes six home games and two SEC opponents. Florida visits the Roundhouse on November 8, following the November 2 season opener against UVA Wise and an early road game at Western Kentucky.
Mocs finish fifth in national GPA ranking
Chattanooga earned a place on the WBCA Academic Top 25 with a program-record 3.807 team GPA. All 11 players made the spring Dean’s List, and the Mocs ranked fifth among Division I teams.
